Established in 2022 as a benefit corporation, we are dedicated to growing a qualified talent pool to support the collision repair industry and providing independent collision repair operators with cost savings in several areas of their business.

• Cost savings: Our membership is just $50 a year, but it can save you 10% to 30% on services you're already buying. Today through our vendor partnerships we support extremely competitive rates on insurance services like garage keepers and EPLI, employee benefits like health care, and 401K, and even temporary staffing services to limit your cost per hire.

• Networking and support: As a member of our organization, you'll have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with other independent collision repair operators across the United States and share best practices, ideas, and resources to improve your shop's profitability and performance.
