What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return all unopened product(s) to us within 10 days of purchase for a full and immediate refund. To begin the process, please call (855) 547-2237 to request an RMA#. The package must be shipped to:

The RMA# must be displayed in large print on the outside of the package.

How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping cart. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card or PayPal account. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do need an account to place an order, having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders.
How will my product be shipped?
All orders within the USA are shipped via UPS Ground.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties?
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.
